Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; cannabis retail preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to work a schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must comply with all legal or company cannabis regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen based on each customer’s needs and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, patient- and customer-oriented store environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support the management team to ensure store operations run smoothly and in compliance.
• Ensure local and state cannabis regulations are enforced and upheld.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and the store well maintained.
• Maintain hard copy files as required and follow security procedures.
