Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Personal Care Specialist for our Clearwater dispensary. You will assist customers one‑on‑one, educate on products and consumption methods, and tailor recommendations to individual needs.

A positive, compliant presence helps ensure a smooth shopping experience. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience, can work varied shifts, and will adhere to all cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer‑facing retail experience
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (mornings, days, nights, weekends) to meet business needs
• Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks including state‑specific cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen based on individual needs and product knowledge
• Promote a positive, patient/customer‑oriented work environment
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Support store operations to ensure smooth, compliant daily activities
