Terrapin Care Station is seeking a Wellness Associate in Clinton County, PA to deliver outstanding patient service and educate customers on cannabis products. You will greet patients, help select products, and process transactions at the POS with accuracy.

You will work with leadership to meet store goals, maintain compliance with regulations, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while providing a positive customer experience.

Formación

• Experience in customer service with a focus on patient/customer needs.
• Ability to manage cash handling accurately and securely.
• Willingness to learn about cannabis products and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients with warmth and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist patients in selecting products based on needs and ailments.
• Process orders with 100% accuracy and handle POS transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized store and educate customers on products and uses.
• Adhere to safety, health, and regulatory policies and procedures.
