GTI Personal Care Specialists engage with patients and customers in a retail dispensary, guiding each visitor to the right cannabis product and method of consumption. You will be a master of our menu, ensuring safe and effective recommendations and maintaining a welcoming, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work a schedule with varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass all required background checks for cannabis employment.
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Comply with all legal/regulatory cannabis requirements.
• Prior cannabis experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, consumption methods, and safety.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen based on customer needs.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
