Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and ability to pass background checks.
• Must be 21 years or older and compliant with cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on customer needs and up-to-date product knowledge
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store atmosphere
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Support management to ensure compliant, smooth retail operations
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and proper store presentation
• Maintain inventory and back-of-house processes as needed
