Terrapin Care Station in Pennsylvania is seeking a Wellness Associate to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service, assisting with product selection and education, while ensuring accurate transactions and compliance in a medical cannabis setting.

As a Wellness Associate, you will greet patients, help them choose right products for ailments, check IDs, and maintain a clean, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass state background checks and DOH training.
• Must maintain neat workstation and be organized.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
• Must have 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Willing to learn about cannabis products and compliance.
• Familiar with Windows; proficient with basic IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a warm, sincere and helpful manner.
• Deliver the ultimate customer experience from entry to exit.
• Assist patients in choosing products according to needs.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately at all times.
• Abide by safety, health policies and regulatory compliance.
• Check IDs and conduct POS transactions.
• Move about store to assist customers and meet needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness.
• Provide customer education about products and uses.
• Work with leadership to understand company goals and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
