Job summary

The Wellness Advisor of Sunnyside, a Cresco Labs brand, helps customers select cannabis products that fit their needs while upholding state regulations. You will deliver a best-in-class shopping experience from check-in to checkout, using product knowledge and excellent service to foster trust and retention.

Open shifts including weekends/holidays; part-time schedules available. Expected to comply with all safety and regulatory standards and to maintain accurate records and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn product information and apply it consultatively.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects.
• Assist in product selection with a consultative approach.
• Verify IDs and documentation for compliance.
• Handle orders accurately and process payments.
• Maintain inventory and store cleanliness.
• Support management with merchandising and safety.
