Cresco Labs is hiring a Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside* in Illinois. You will advise customers on cannabis products, conduct consultations, ensure compliance, and guide the customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout.

A strong emphasis on service, product knowledge, and accuracy fits this role. The position requires at least 1 year in customer service (retail/hospitality preferred) and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn and apply product information in a consultative manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Verify documentation, IDs, and proper intake of customers.
• Conduct consultations and handle questions or complaints; escalate as needed.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and impacts to aid selection.
• Apply selling techniques to build baskets and cross-sell.
• Process orders accurately and manage bagging/receipts.
• Maintain stock, ensure compliance, and keep records up to date.
• Support merchandising, cleanliness, and safe store operations.
