Job summary

Live-Parallel in Franklin, MA is seeking a Trim Technician 1 to support the Harvest Department. You will daily wet trim 15–25 cannabis plants, assist with dry trimming and de-sticking, and help meet production goals within a fast-paced team.

This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, a strong benefits package, and opportunities to grow in a rapidly expanding cannabis company. You must be 21+, have a high school diploma, and be able to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Cannabis Industry experience preferred.
• Age 21 or over (Required).
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required).

Responsibilities

• Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for daily operations and comply with state medical marijuana regulations.
• Adhere to weekly production requirements set by Supervisor.
• Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity.
• Collaborate with a large team of 8-16 Trim Technician 1s daily.
• Assist with de-sticking based on daily production needs.
• Maintain accuracy and quality in processing wet and dry cannabis plants.
• Maintain time/attendance and conduct standards.
• Keep equipment clean and work area organized.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Schedule Requirements: Monday through Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM

Compensation: While our range is $15.00 - $19.13, our Trim Techs are brought in anywhere from $16-$17 an hour depending on experience.

The Trim Technician 1 role is an integral part of the Harvest Department’s success on a daily basis. The Trim Technician 1 is responsible for wet trimming 15-25 harvested cannabis plants on a daily basis as well as assist with dry trimming, de-sticking and various other tasks to meet daily production

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
• Adheres to weekly production requirements as set by Supervisor
• Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity
• Working with a large team of 8-16 Trim Technician 1s on a daily basis
• De-sticking based on the production needs of the day
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality
• Quality checking and processing of wet and dry marijuana plants
• Maintains time and attendance and all other conduct related requirements at all times
• Cleaning equipment thoroughly and maintaining and organized work area
• All other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING

• Cannabis Industry experience preferred
• Ability to focus and be task oriented

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires the ability to sit or stand for 10 hours per shift
• Requires consistent hand eye coordination, and excellent hand dexterity
• Repetitive hand motions
• Light repetitive lifting of up to 15lbs
• Ability to lift 20lbs unassisted
