The Production Shift Lead works closely with MIP Lab Supervisor(s) to ensure the production team adheres to production schedules as written by management and prepares teams with product material and/or packaging material for the shift. The Production Shift Lead is responsible for converting and creating packages in METRC and LeafLogix as required for sampling and package creation.
This role is with Goodblend, one of the renowned retail brands under the Parallel umbrella. Parallel is one of the largest multi‑state cannabis companies in the world, operating in Florida (Surterra Wellness), Massachusetts (NETA), and Texas (Goodblend).
