Proper Brands in Missouri (Rock Hill, St. Louis) is seeking a Trim Lead in the Post Harvest department. You will oversee daily processing, manage data collection, and sustain production flow with about 30 full-time technicians.

You will work closely with the ASM of Trim to set example, enforce processes, and uphold safety and quality standards. The role requires 1–2 years of cannabis trimming and production leadership, 21+ years old, Missouri Agent ID, and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Missouri Agent ID prior to start date and maintain.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cannabis trimming and production leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Trim production operations and ensure daily data collection.
• Lead approx. 30 full-time Post Harvest Technicians and support ASM of Trim.
• Maintain production flow, quality standards and safety compliance.
• Record data and maintain equipment and supplies in the Trim area.
