Job summary

Proper Brands in Missouri is seeking a Trim Lead to oversee daily cannabis trim operations at our St. Louis production facility. You will manage data collection, maintain production flow, ensure quality, and serve as the lead in the ASM's absence, guiding about 30 full-time technicians.

You will work closely with leadership to uphold safety, documentation, METRC IDs, and batch records, while training and developing your team to meet production goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Missouri Agent ID prior to start date.
• High School Diploma or GED confirmed.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience and cannabis trimming in production.
• Cannabis compliance knowledge.
• Production data tracking experience.
• Demonstrated ability to identify quality control issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Trim operations and data collection, maintaining production flow.
• Lead approximately 30 full-time technicians and supervise in ASM's absence.
• Ensure accurate labeling and recording of METRC IDs per batch.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and cross-contamination prevention in the trim area.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
