Job summary

Proper Brands is seeking a Trim Lead to oversee daily trim processing at our Missouri production facility. You will manage data collection, maintain production flow, and ensure high quality while materials are processed.

The role leads a team of technicians, reports to the ASM of Trim, and focuses on safety, METRC compliance, and meeting performance targets in a fast-paced cannabis production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of leadership experience in cannabis or related industries.
• At least 1+ year of cannabis trimming and 1+ year in plant production.
• Ability to manage and coach a team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trim operations and ensure high-quality output.
• Lead approximately 30 full-time technicians and coordinate with ASM of Trim.
• Record data in Google Sheets and Excel; track weights and METRC IDs.
• Maintain production schedules and safety standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and meet targets.
• Uphold cleanliness and cross-contamination prevention.
