Job summary

Copperstate Farms and Sol Flower are seeking a Store Associate to support dispensary operations in Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH). You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, assess customer needs, and help match them with cannabis products while processing transactions accurately.

You’ll also assist with inventory, packaging, stocking, and compliance, and participate in audits to maintain product integrity. A reliable team member who values accuracy and efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a background check to obtain Arizona Facility Agent card.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of retail and/or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Cannabis retail or education experience preferred.
• Knowledge of POS software and cash handling.
• Strong attention to detail and math skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and provide outstanding service.
• Process customer information and transactions accurately and securely.
• Handle cash and POS transactions with a balanced drawer.
• Assist with inventory audits, product intake, restocking, and compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized dispensary and collaborate across departments.
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
