Job summary

Eaze in Florida is hiring a retail team member to promote a positive, customer-service oriented environment and ensure compliance with store policies, while delivering outstanding service and expanding the customer experience through product knowledge.

You will greet customers, assist in-store, on the phone, and online orders; manage POS and cash handling; support inventory and visual merchandising; and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store preferred.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to workdays/nights/weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED.
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the store experience through product knowledge.
• Promote compliance with policies and procedures while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in store, on the phone, and processing online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and training/compliance binder.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and update signage and pricing.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and perform housekeeping duties.
• Maintain a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment.
