Job summary

Fernway in Phoenix seeks an Account Executive to manage commercial relationships and drive growth in the greater Phoenix area. This full-time outside sales role offers on-site, remote, and in-field work options to meet client needs.

You will develop new accounts, implement account-specific strategies with the Commercial Director, and work with fulfillment and distribution teams to ensure exceptional service. The role requires travel within the state and a strong track record in sales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong EQ in professional interactions.
• Proven ability to develop and manage accounts.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue through new account acquisition and management of existing accounts.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategy with Commercial Director.
• Establish targeted sales goals and monitor progress to goal.
• Build relationships with decision makers and key industry personnel.
• Coordinate with Marketing to deepen account relationships.
• Relay customer feedback to internal departments for continuous improvement.
• Update client data and sales orders in CRM.
