Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Greater Phoenix seeks an experienced Account Executive to manage commercial relationships and grow revenue.

This full-time outside sales role covers the Greater Phoenix area with on-site, remote and in-field work options, partnering with the Commercial Director to drive new accounts and existing relationships. You will implement account-specific sales strategies to hit revenue objectives, maintain client data in HubSpot, and collaborate with fulfillment and marketing to

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience; proven track record preferred.
• High EQ in professional interactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Integrity and ethical conduct at all times.
• Willingness to travel within the state to meet with accounts.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue through new account acquisition and management of existing accounts.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and implement sales strategy.
• Set clear sales goals and monitor progress toward them.
• Build and maintain relationships with account decision makers and industry personnel.
• Coordinate with Marketing to deepen account relationships through activations and events.
• Represent the company and products with professionalism and integrity.
• Work with fulfillment and distribution to ensure exceptional service.
• Submit sales orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain client data and sales orders in HubSpot and other systems.
• Relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance merchandising and shelf presence.
• Complete expense and sales reporting as needed.
