Qualifications

• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Hold a valid Facility Agent Card with Arizona Department of Health Services.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff adherence to state rules and company policies.
• Direct the activities of sales associates including breaks and shift changes.
• Inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure staff compliance with local, state/federal laws and regulations.
• Assist with customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of strains and products in inventory.
• Train new employees on SOPs and shifts.
