Job summary

Cresco Labs, via Sunnyside dispensaries, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to oversee day-to-day dispensary operations in a compliant, customer-focused environment. The role includes staff development, scheduling, and maintaining inventory control to ensure a safe, clean, and profitable store.

You will lead a team, train staff, and collaborate with management to deliver excellent customer experiences while upholding regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience in retail management or with teams of 5+ employees; Cannabis experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and conflict management skills.
• Ability to learn, apply and teach product information in a consultative manner.
• Proficient in MS Office, highly proficient in MS Excel, data entry and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and inspire employees to achieve goals.
• Assist HR and leadership with employee relations issues.
• Staffing, recruiting, and weekly labor scheduling.
• Manage daily operations and resolve escalations.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
