Job summary

Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside Retail Store Supervisor will support day-to-day dispensary operations in the United States, aligning with state law and company standards.

As a supervisor, you will direct workflow, train and coach staff, handle customer escalations, and ensure inventory accuracy, compliance, and a safe, friendly environment for all patrons. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in customer service.
• 1+ year leading or mentoring a team; cannabis experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to learn product information.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store procedures during non-peak periods.
• Coach and onboard Lead Wellness Advisors and Wellness Advisors.
• Address employee questions and escalate issues to management.
• Direct daily team workflow with rosters and assignments.
• Ensure policy and local law compliance; manage escalated customer concerns.
• Reconcile inventory, cash, and POS discrepancies.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; lift up to 50 pounds.
