You will lead a team, develop talent, and maintain a warm, professional cannabis retail environment on-site, acting as the primary on-site leader and ensuring timely reporting to Retail Operations leadership and HR.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit (reimbursed after 90 days).
• 3+ years of progressive retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience with coaching and scheduling.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, coaching, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispensary operations and set customer service, sales, compliance, and security standards.
• Build a warm, customer-first culture with cannabis education and responsible sales.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, coach, and retain staff in partnership with HR and Retail Ops leadership.
• Provide ongoing coaching and conduct regular evaluations and performance discussions.
• Develop assistant managers and frontline staff through delegated ownership and training.
• Manage employee schedules, labor deployment, and timekeeping in line with sales trends.
