Job summary

Golden Grail Group is seeking a dependable Shift Lead for our Portland dispensary. You will oversee daily operations, coach teammates, ensure OLCC compliance, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Open to candidates with at least 2 years in fast-paced retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. This on-site role offers leadership growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fast-paced retail experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store when the Manager or Assistant Manager is not present.
• Lead each shift by example.
• Delegate duties and assign tasks.
• Ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all OLCC cannabis regulations are followed.
• Perform POS duties and handle transactions.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate with Corporate Office as needed.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
