Responsibilities

• Support employees with customer, product, pricing and transaction issues.
• Manage authorized discounts and POS corrections.
• Address customer and employee situations requiring management involvement.
• Make decisions without waiting for Store Manager guidance.
• Communicate important issues to the next shift and store leadership.
• Maintain a professional, organized and compliant retail environment.
