Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing in-store, phone, and online orders, using the POS system, managing inventory, and maintaining merchandising standards while upholding company policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, food, or hospitality preferred.
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of offer.
• Must have reliable transportation to store.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented store environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience.
• Promote compliance with policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS, handle cash, perform safe audits and drops.
• Greet and check in customers; assist in-store, phone, and online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement and product knowledge.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stocking, and signage.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory and receiving.
• Work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
