Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for our Orlando location. You’ll greet guests, recommend products, and process transactions with accuracy, building trust and delivering a welcoming experience in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in customer-facing or sales roles, POS experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights. Compensation includes $16.50 per hour and benefits.

• 6+ months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 6+ months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.

• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• Team-oriented with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Provide personalized product recommendations.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures.
• Check IDs, update profiles, and process transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; support inventory.
• Help drive daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge.
• Highlight deals and promotions at checkout to boost satisfaction.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
