Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (Part Time) to be the friendly face of the brand in our Ocala, FL store. You will engage customers, explain cannabis products, and provide top-tier service while processing transactions accurately at the register.

This role supports inventory tasks, store standards, and a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in customer-facing roles and familiarity with POS systems, aiming to drive sales and create a welcoming guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• 6+ months experience using POS systems and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Build connections and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Sign guests up for rewards programs to build loyalty.
• Work with the team to maintain a respectful, upbeat store atmosphere.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures.
