Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Sales Associate (Part Time) in Boynton Beach, FL. You’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers explore cannabis products and deliver top‑tier service with every interaction.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, upselling, processing transactions, maintaining store standards, and staying updated on promotions. Weekend availability and 10–30 hours per week are strongly preferred. Starting pay is $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months customer-facing or sales experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
