Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Comfort with technology and learning new tools for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Offer personalized product advice and build customer relationships.
• Resolve issues professionally to maintain satisfaction.

• Open/close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures and regulations.
