STIIIZY, the leading cannabis brand with a California footprint, is seeking part-time Sales Associates to join our retail team. You will act as a knowledgeable ambassador, guiding customers through product selection and building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, upselling opportunities, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced store environment. Candidates should be at least 21, possess a high school diploma, and be available to work weekends and varied

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Open availability required (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Able to work 2 weekend days (Fri–Sun) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand as a professional, enthusiastic ambassador inside and outside the store.
• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Drive store sales goals and build a loyal customer base.
• Pick and pack orders and handle cash transactions accurately at the POS.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company policies.
