Eaze in Florida is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to promote a positive, customer-focused store environment. You will deliver excellent service, assist customers in person, on the phone, and with online orders, and help with inventory and merchandising to support smooth daily operations.

The role requires strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to work various shifts. A high school diploma or GED is expected, and a Level 2 background check will be conducted after an offer.

Qualificações

• Sales experience in a retail store preferred.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a positive, customer-service oriented store environment in line with policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer experience in store.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in store, on the phone, and processing online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and the training binder.
• Assist with inventory, stocking merchandise, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and uphold housekeeping duties.
