STIIIZY is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in California to be a professional, enthusiastic brand ambassador who builds loyal customer relationships while sharing cannabis knowledge. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional cannabis shopping experience and meeting store goals.

The position starts at $19.50/hour plus tips; applicants should be team players, align with the company mission, and comply with regulatory standards while ensuring top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma is required.
• Open availability preferred (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to work 2 weekend days (Fri–Sun) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent the STIIIZY brand as a professional, enthusiastic ambassador in-store.
• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs, preferences and budgets.
• Drive sales goals and help achieve business metrics, while delivering exceptional service.
• Pick & pack orders and accurately handle cash with the POS system.
