STIIIZY in California seeks a personable Sales Associate to represent our cannabis brand in-store. You’ll greet customers, explain product differences, and drive sales while upholding compliance and POS accuracy.

The role starts part-time at $19.50 per hour plus tips. Open availability and weekend shifts are required. Training will cover product knowledge, store procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a high quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age and high school diploma.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work 2 weekend days and meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs and budgets.
• Drive store visit goals and increase returning customers.
• Pick & pack orders and handle cash transactions at POS.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and store procedures.
• Contribute to a positive working environment and team goals.
• Adhere to all compliance requirements and company directives.
