The role requires coordinating with suppliers, preparing performance reports, and supporting promotional activities while maintaining compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in retail planning or inventory management; cannabis experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; knowledge of cannabis regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and assist replenishment planning for cannabis products.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends across cannabis categories.
• Support promotional activities and seasonal planning within cannabis marketing standards.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, inventory adjustments, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
