Job summary

STIIIZY is seeking a General Manager in California to lead store operations, sales, and staff while upholding brand standards and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on building a high-performing team, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will manage budgeting, scheduling, training, and daily store tasks, ensuring profitable results and a premier customer experience in a fast-growing cannabis company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 3-5 years of retail/hospitality management experience.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and comfort with various software/databases.
• Comfortable working variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; on call to respond to store needs.

• Monitor key performance indicators, taking proactive steps to achieve and exceed targets while adapting to market trends.
