Responsabilités

• Leadership Responsibilities: Ensuring 25+ Team members are upselling, completing daily inventory responsibilities, and providing a guest experience.
• Sales Expertise: Coaching and giving sales feedback to the team on their shift, improving location metrics.
• Inventory Control: Coaching team to scan out products to reduce shrinkage.
• Floor Operations: Manage daily store openings and closings, cash reconciliation, POS systems, discount codes.
• Compliance: Understanding Florida compliance requirements and state inspections to reduce deficiencies.
