Job summary

Mint Cannabis seeks a Retail Lead in Florida to act as an operational extension of the Store Manager. You will help manage the sales floor flow, ensure guests are attended to promptly, and support staff with daily tasks from discount codes to lunch coverage.

You will oversee shift teams, drive sales metrics, reduce shrinkage, manage openings/closings, and ensure compliance with Florida regulations while on duty. Must be 21+ with 1–2 years in cannabis and strong leadership and sales experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in the cannabis industry
• Leadership background with large teams is a plus
• Experience in sales is preferred
• Must be 21+ years old

Responsibilities

• Leadership responsibilities: manage 25+ team members, inventory tasks, guest experience
• Sales coaching and feedback to drive metrics on shift
• Inventory control to reduce shrinkage
• Floor operations: open/close shifts, cash reconciliation, POS, discount codes
• Compliance with Florida state requirements during inspections
