Qualifications

• Prior cannabis retail management experience is required.
• Experience managing a high-volume retail environment with significant team and sales responsibility.
• Strong track record of hiring, coaching and developing retail teams.
• Comfortable managing KPIs, sales, labor, inventory and store financials.
• Strong operational instincts and attention to detail.
• Customer-obsessed and able to lead by example on the floor.
• Understanding cannabis compliance and regulated retail requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume cannabis retail location.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
• Own store sales, KPIs, labor, inventory, and operations.
• Create a customer-first environment reflecting brand values.
• Ensure SOPs, compliance and operational standards are followed.
• Analyze performance and use data to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with regional and corporate leadership on initiatives and promotions.
• Maintain inventory controls and minimize shrink and inefficiencies.
• Foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
