Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; four years related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Prior management experience in retail/customer service a plus.
• Must train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and changes
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners
• Schedule effectively within labor budget to meet business needs
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
