Job summary

Embarc is seeking a General Manager for its Riverside location (Arlington Avenue) to lead store operations, teams, and the customer experience in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and strict compliance with policies and state regulations, plus experience with METRC and Treez. You will drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality across all functions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Metrc Track and Trace system.
• Experience with Treez POS system.
• At least four years of management or supervisory experience in retail or operations.
• Experience with computerized inventory and compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, team leadership, and customer experience.
• Review P&L and budgets to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Lead scheduling, recruiting, and labor targets.
• Ensure compliance with state, local regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory, METRC and POS records, and vendor relations.
• Drive customer engagement, branding, and community initiatives.
