Mint Cannabis Co. is seeking a Retail Lead in Villa Park, IL to extend store operations under the Store Manager. You will help manage a busy sales floor, coach the team, and ensure smooth POS and discount code processes while upholding compliance.

The role focuses on leading a 25+ person team, driving sales, inventory controls, and guest satisfaction during shifts in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Formación

• 1-2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background for large teams, cannabis leadership a plus.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) an Illinois Agent Card.

Responsabilidades

• Daily tasks: The exact work you do.
• Leadership responsibilities: ensuring 25+ team members are upselling, completing daily inventory responsibilities, and providing a guest experience.
• Sales expertise: coaching and giving sales feedback to the team on their shift and improving location metrics.
• Inventory control: coaching team to scan out products to reduce shrinkage.
• Floor operations: manage daily store openings/closings, cash reconciliation, POS, discount codes.
• Compliance: understanding Illinois cannabis compliance and inspections.
