You will process transactions, maintain store standards, support inventory tasks, and participate in promotions while remaining compliant with regulations. A strong team mindset and reliable availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• At least 6 months of POS experience and cash handling accuracy.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnight shifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Build connections, offer personalized product advice, and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and manage cash accurately.
• Open/close procedures, inventory tasks, and restocking as needed.
