STIIIZY is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to represent the brand in our California stores. You will be a knowledgeable, enthusiastic ambassador who delivers excellent customer service and builds loyal relationships with shoppers.

You will advise customers on cannabis products, maintain product knowledge, and assist with cash handling and POS duties. The role requires weekend availability and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work 2 weekend days (Fri–Sun) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to advise on cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Maintain product knowledge and curate customer experiences.
• Assist in cash handling and operate the POS system accurately.
• Help pick and pack orders and support store operations.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and store metrics.
