STIIIZY is hiring part-time Sales Associates to represent the brand at our California locations. You will be a knowledgeable ambassador who helps customers choose cannabis products, manage transactions, and contribute to a positive store environment.

You must be at least 21, available on weekends/evenings, and capable of handling cash and POS duties. Benefits include training, union partnership support, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as a knowledgeable brand ambassador in-store.
• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
• Pick & pack orders and support store operations as needed.
• Drive customer visits and contribute to sales goals.
