STIIIZY, INC. is seeking a part‑time Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador in our California retail locations.

You will engage customers, provide cannabis product advice, process transactions at the POS, and help meet sales goals while upholding our service standards. The role emphasizes team collaboration, flexible hours including weekends, and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability to work all hours, including days, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs, preferences, budgets and strains.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash accurately.
• Pick and pack orders and support store operations.
• Drive sales goals and assist in achieving business metrics.
• Maintain a positive, team‑oriented environment and uphold company procedures.
