Job summary

STIIIZY is hiring part-time Sales Associates to be brand ambassadors in our California stores. You will provide exceptional customer service, share cannabis knowledge, and help build a loyal customer base while meeting sales goals.

This role starts as part-time with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour plus tips. Reporting to the Management team, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, engage customers, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Open availability for all hours including weekends/holidays.
• Able to work 2 weekend days (Fri-Sun).
• Retail cannabis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassador in-store.
• Build positive customer relationships and drive sales.
• Explain cannabis products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
• Contribute to meeting sales goals and business metrics.
• Assist with packing orders and general duties as assigned.
