STIIIZY in California is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to embody the brand and deliver exceptional customer service in-store. You will advise customers on cannabis products, maintain knowledge of strains, process cash transactions, and help reach sales goals.

This role requires open availability, ability to work weekends, and a willingness to learn about compliance and product knowledge; STIIIZY offers employee discounts, paid training, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Open availability for all hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday) with scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to strains.
• Demonstrate cannabis knowledge and curate customer experiences beyond expectations.
• Build authentic relationships to create loyal customer base and drive sales.
• Drive customer visit goals and increase returning customers; achieve sales metrics.
• Pick and pack orders and accurately handle cash transactions with POS.
• Adhere to training, policies, and regulatory requirements for cannabis retailers.
