Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Pennsylvania cannabis retail location. You will oversee daily operations, staff, scheduling, inventory, and compliance, while ensuring exceptional patient service and a positive team culture.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in dispensary/retail, strong leadership, cash handling ability, and proficient in POS systems and MS Office. A high school diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in dispensary, retail, sales or customer service.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations and staffing.
• Train and mentor store staff; manage scheduling and performance.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and POS transactions.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with vendors.
• Uphold compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Deliver excellent patient/customer experience and manage escalations.
