STIIIZY, located in Oakland, CA, seeks a capable Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily operations. You will model professionalism, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

The role requires 2+ years in retail management and strong MS Office skills, with open availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time position in a fast-growing cannabis brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
• 2-3 years in retail/hospitality management.
• Open availability: mornings, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor retail team to meet goals and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure accurate cash handling and inventory control.
• Train staff, monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with General Manager to achieve sales targets and ensure compliance with regulations.
