STIIIZY, Inc. is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-growing cannabis brand environment.

You will foster teamwork, coach staff, and drive customer service excellence while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. The role requires at least 2 years of retail management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and flexible availability across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• 2-3 years in retail/hospitality management.
• Open availability: mornings, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to grow and evolve professionally.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations with attention to detail.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with General Manager to train staff and meet sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations and HR policies.
• Oversee inventory control and cash handling procedures.
