Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
• 2-3 years in retail/hospitality management.
• Open availability: able to work mornings, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Drive sales by analyzing performance data and implementing improvement plans.
• Uphold compliance with local and state regulations for ethical operations.
• Mediate and resolve customer/employee concerns professionally.
• Comply with HR policies and maintain documentation of HR processes.
• Provide constructive feedback to floor leads for development.
• Communicate and delegate goals with the General Manager.
